COBALT advises European Energy on the divestment of three wind farms in Lithuania with a total capacity of 185.5 MW. This makes it the largest divestment in the history of European Energy.

European Energy has signed an agreement for the sale of three wind farms in Lithuania with a total capacity of 185.5 MW to a Lithuanian buyer. The wind farms are in the municipalities of Anykščiai, Jonava, and Rokiškis. The wind farms are under construction and consist of a total of thirty-four GE 158-5.5 MW HH 151m turbines.

Closing of the transaction is expected to take place at the end of November 2021.
