COBALT represented Western Union Processing Lithuania (WU), a company managed by Western Union cash transfer company, in more than 15,000 square meters office lease agreement with the Finnish real estate investment and management company Technopolis.

The leased area is the largest office lease transaction in Vilnius this year.

Wester Union Processing Lithuania is a financial services and information technology company providing payment services to individuals and businesses. Prior to the transaction, WU was located in three Technopolis buildings in the Vilnius Ozo Park district. From now on, WU will occupy the entire Gama building (11,300 sq. meters) and 66% of the Delta business centre area (14,300 sq. meters). Following the development of the service centre, the company will occupy a total of more than 25,000 sq. meters in the business park.

Technopolis Plc is an international real estate company that rents out office space and provides various services to its office clients. Technopolis is the owner of all office campus buildings so it takes care of building improvements and strives to ensure functionality.

COBALT coordinated the lease transaction documents, represented the client in negotiations with the lessor of the premises, and advised the client Western Union Processing Lithuania on all other issues related to the transaction.
