Arnas Trukšnys is an Associate, Assistant Attorney, practicing in the Prevention and Criminal Law Practice Group. Before joining the COBALT team, Arnas worked in The Prosecution Service system for over 7 years – in the Vilnius Regional Prosecutor’s Office and the Prosecutor General‘s Office, where he mainly specialized in the investigations regarding property, economic, financial crimes and cybercrime. Arnas has been a member of several working groups that have prepared procedures for the organization of criminal proceedings and the application of procedural and substantive law, therefore has extensive experience in the field of criminal justice legislation. While working in The Prosecution Service, Arnas has repeatedly been promoted by the Prosecutor General for his impeccable performance of duties and exemplary service.
