Dovilė Platakytė is an Associate in IP & IT and Regulatory Law Practice Group at COBAL. Dovilė has 5 years of experience in intellectual property law and related disputes, as well as experience in IT, data protection and consumer law. She counsels clients on strategies of protection and registration of intellectual property objects (trade marks, designs, patents, copyrights, etc.), and prepares a variety of intellectual property related agreements, including settlement agreements, licensing agreements, assignment agreements and other agreements. She also prepares strategies and documents for clients in a wide range of disputes relating to trade marks, designs, patents, copyrights and confidential information.
