About
Helen is a Senior Associate at COBALT. She mainly specializes in real estate, construction and energy law and is preparing, on daily basis, various commercial agreements in such fields.
Helen has participated in numerous large-scale commercial real estate and lease transactions, including sale and leaseback transactions, managing the lease portfolios of shopping centres and leasing build to suit lease objects.
In addition, Helen is a valued team member and has been part of many projects in the energy sector, including advising on renewable energy projects and acquisitions. Helen has gained notable experience while advising several solar and wind farm developers in various issues relating to the development process, including obtaining necessary land use rights. The latter includes preparing several complex templates for the clients, incl. the agreements for establishing the rights of superficies, negotiating such with the landlords (such, inter alia, including the holders of the biggest land and forest portfolios in Estonia).
Helen has also gained notable experience in the course of leading and participating in many legal due diligence audits including different real estate and energy matters.
