Kaidi Reiljan-Sihvart is a Managing Associate at COBALT Estonia and she co-leads the Insurance industry. Kaidi has more than 20 years of experience in representing clients in both private and public law matters.

Kaidi specialises in dispute resolution, including pre-court and court procedures and arbitration procedures. Kaidi has extensive experience in the resolution of various disputes relating to business activities, and her expertise includes but is not limited to the resolution of complicated building disputes, public procurement disputes, infringements of personal rights (including disclosure of incorrect data and value judgments), and labour disputes.

In addition, Kaidi is a recognised expert in insurance law, advising and representing clients in disputes related to insurance law. Clients have in particular highlighted Kaidi’s client-driven approach.

Kaidi has been a member of the Estonian Bar Association since 2005. As of 2025, she is a member of the Estonian Bar Association’s Ethics Tribunal.

She is a traffic insurance conciliator at the Estonian Motor Insurance Bureau and an insurance conciliator at the Estonian Insurance Association.
