Lembit Tedder is a Partner at COBALT and Co-Head of the firm’s White-Collar practice.
With over a decade of experience, Lembit is a highly regarded litigator specializing in complex disputes involving both criminal and civil law. His daily practice includes banking disputes, shareholder conflicts, management liability matters, and cases involving the misuse of corporate assets.
Some of Lembit’s most notable recent work includes advising and representing Swedbank AS in criminal proceedings concerning unfounded allegations of money laundering, Electrolux Eesti AS in a criminal case involving embezzlement and breach of trust by former executives, the pharmaceutical company Interchemie Werken De Adelaar Eesti AS in numerous proceedings against both competitors and the state, and advising and representing various credit institutions in a range of banking-related civil disputes.
