This acquisition empowers Exclusive Networks to create new growth opportunities for its vendors across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, while further solidifying its position as Fortinet’s leading global distribution partner.
The COBALT M&A team provides full legal support to Exclusive Networks throughout the transaction process, including conducting legal due diligence, preparing transaction documents and assisting the client in the negotiations. In parallel, our Competition team provides full legal support for regulatory filings, specifically handling Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) clearance in Estonia and merger clearance in Lithuania.
