Mindaugas Bliuvas is a Partner and Head of the Prevention and Criminal Law Practice Group at COBALT Lithuania. M. Bliuvas has experience in the fields of criminal, criminal procedure, administrative and penitentiary law as well as prevention and AML. For over 9 years, the lawyer has been successfully representing and defending the interests of clients in resonant cases as well as in complex cases with international elements. Before joining COBALT team, Mindaugas Bliuvas worked for 13 years in the public prosecution system, in various divisions of the prosecutor’s office, including the Organised Crime and Corruption Investigation Division of Vilnius Regional Prosecutor’s Office.  He has also worked as a lecturer at Vilnius College of Business and Law, teaching Administrative and Criminal Law.
