Rugilė Šerytė is an Associate in the Banking & Finance Practice Group at COBALT with expertise in FinTech, crypto, regulatory compliance and fund management. She holds an LL.M. in LegalTech from Mykolas Romeris University and a Master’s in European and International Business Law from Savoie Mont Blanc University. Rugilė has experience in licensing process for FinTech, CASP entities, regulatory frameworks for cryptocurrency projects, fund approval and management, and preparation of various legal agreements, legal opinions. She has completed a mediation course, further enhancing her conflict resolution skills. Rugile has worked in international legal environments, supporting corporate governance and regulatory filings across different jurisdictions.
