Giedrė Burdulytė is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Financial Practice Group. For over 10 years, she has concentrated her practice in establishing companies, advising Lithuanian and foreign clients on various contractual, financial, and regulatory issues, as well as compliance. Her main areas of expertise are Financial Services Regulatory, Funds, Venture Capital, as well as Asset and Project Financing. Giedrė holds a Master’s degree in law at Vilnius University (EU and International law).
