COBALT advises Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, in the sale of Solaris Center to the Piilmann family’s investment company, P&E Capital.
Solaris Center is one of Tallinn’s most distinctive cultural and leisure destinations. Over the years, Solaris has become an important city-centre “lifestyle” hub, easily accessible by all modes of transport and offering a unique combination of concert, cinema, opera, theatre, restaurant, and retail experiences. The centre has been managed by Brunswick Real Estate on behalf of Partners Group since 2015.
Partners Group is one of the largest firms in the global private markets industry, with around 2,000 professionals and over USD 174 billion in total assets under management. Brunswick is one of the Nordic region’s leading real estate investors, offering investment management services.
The transaction is expected to be completed before the end of this year, following approval from the Estonian Competition Authority. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction value.
